The Canadian system works on the idea that there are really only two branches: the combined legislative and executive and judiciary, has the ability to review decisions of the first combined division.
In the American system, however, the legislative and executive branches for the years and may end with the other decisions and actions to fight, leading to confusion and an overall system that moves very slowly. I'll be damned if I can understand how something can get in the U.S. system
The Canadian political system, naturally, follows the British parliamentary system, was compared to a benevolent dictatorship. But it works in general.
