Who knows, all the links that the program P90X videos for free? YouTube, I have tried without much success. Well, everyone knows how often per week do P90X plyometrics training? This program looks really good and I did not pay money for it, so if anyone has used this let me know whether it works or not.

If you meet find things online free practice. You Tube will not happen. You need to find a place underground illegal or something. It's very difficult, guarded by Beachbody (P90X manufacturers), so I really do, that you find it.
The program is worth $ $. They are excellent results. If you did not cheat, go ahead and get the complete package. You will receive a guide with a large amount of information required and also a complete nutrition plan.
If you cheat on the program you will probably cheated on the plane LOL
Oh, you can try ebay or something. Beware of really cheap because they are copies reliable, very poor and without a guide, nutrition plan and online support. You can apply to for a little cheaper.
Plyometrics is a great workout and do it once a week
